Driven NeuroRecovery Center
Assisting The Sam Schmidt Foundation with a complete remodel the 110,000 SF former Five Seasons Family Sports Club facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Once completed the factify will house a state-of the art multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation services center, The Conquer Paralysis Now Headquarters and an entire floor of leasable space. Scheduled to completed Fall 2024.

Yamaha Precision Propeller
Completed in 2024 Phase II included an expansion of a 100,000 SF manufacturing facility which provides propellers for use on Yamaha Outboard Motors worldwide. Phase I was completed in 2020 and included 50,000 SF of new office space and included a state-of-the-art stainless steel foundry operation located in Greenfield, Indiana.
iwis drive system
Completed 100,000 SF Build-to-Suit for iwis drive system. This building contains their North American Headquarters, warehouse and light-manufacturing space in Whitestown, Indiana.
Wabash Valley Power
Completed 65,000 Build-to-Suit for Wabash Valley Power Headquarters. Along with providing office and meeting areas this factify includes a 10,000 SF conference center and 5,000 SF Operations Room. Located in InTech Park, Indianapolis, Indiana.
